The Open Path philosophy acknowledges that each person comes with their own needs, dreams, and values, as well as unique strengths and challenges we experience as part of our journey through life. We believe that learning and growth thrive when personal agency is honored. By embracing neurodiversity, we seek to empower individuals to trust their own wisdom, drive their own self-actualization, and shape the environments around them.
Our team of subject matter experts includes educators with years of experience teaching in both public and private schools, K-12 through college, and in occupational training environments. They have created student-centric programs within districts or individual schools, and trained fellow educators in personalized, individualized, and differentiated approaches. They strongly value making teachers' jobs more enjoyable while meeting students' diverse needs.
